Welcome to our "Tracking Your Shipment" page. If you've been emailed a link to this page your goods have shipped.
You should have two pieces of information from the Shipping Notice that was attached to your email.
1. Shipping Company Name
2. Your Tracking Number
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY CUSTOMERS : Using this page will ONLY allow you to track the goods from the shipper to the White Glove Delivery terminal. If the Tracking Results show your goods as "delivered" that means they have been delivered to the nearest White Glove terminal, NOT to you!
The White Glove Contract that our vendors have allows the terminal 24 hours to check the goods in and another 24 hours to contact you. If you haven't been contacted in 72 hours please let us know. We'll get in touch with the vendor, have them contact the shipper and see why you haven't been contacted.
